Return & Refund Policy

At Grease Lock, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we work quickly to get your order to you (typically arriving within 7–10 business days), we have a streamlined process for returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: As an oil solidifier is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or leaking, we will make it right immediately. Please email us at greaselockhelp@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo or video of the damage.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

4. Returns for "Change of Mind"

If you wish to return the product for reasons other than damage (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
